People have a difficult time compartmentalizing things.

You're going to spend a billion dollars on a stadium? Why can't you spend a billion dollars on affordable housing? On sidewalks or teachers?

Also: The NFL says that the earliest Nashville could host a Super Bowl would be 2 years after the completion of the proposed new stadium. so, either 2028 or 2029.

What are you wanting?  To me, it will blend in with the neighborhood better than just about any design they could come up with.  Do we need something that stands out as “wow…look at that football stadium”…or do we need, “wow, that’s a cool neighborhood…I thought you said there was a football stadium here…I don’t see it?”  I guess it’s all subjective.  

I will say…I love the look of the inside, which is what counts in the end.  However…I still wonder about that 60k number on seating.  Until I see all the other NFL teams going in that direction, I’ll scratch my head a little.

Looks great, IMO. I was worried it would look like the Raiders stadium, which is way over the top
