well. the only visible part of the garage from the above angle will be the entrance, on the north side it will be blocked by the diner. and on the south side by a parking lot that may or may not ever be developed. so that only leaves the west side facing Encore. 

Yeah...that's the section I'm talking about (west facing Encore).  Just wondering if it will have any retail...or just be walled off.  Not sure if anyone knows.

So, what are the odds that this huge influx of luxury apartments downtown will lower the overall price of other apartments? If I ever do move back to Nashville, I hope I don't move back to an apartment market that's as expensive as DC... Nashville isn't there yet, but it's closer than I would have ever thought just a few years ago.

Seems like my photos only go to "thumbnails".  Not sure how to change that. 

Anyways, here is another shot.  Couldn't get on our top floor for a better angle since people are using that area.  

I suspect the crane will get taller at some point.  

The crane has added 2 segments to itself today!
