Really tho!!! An IKEA over a Bergdorfs. That literally just made my stomach hurt. I think I'm feeling a little sick now and need to go lay down.

I've decided that I don't want ANY new developments announced in 2024.

Can they start construction on the current site and then move it to the new location once everything is finalized with the new deal and location?

Looks like there's been some mass shoplifting at the new Tanger Outlet already. I'll give it 5 years max and it'll be turned into barber shops and hair salons. -

Is there a Bergdorfs or Hermes in this development? If not, then I'll probably never go. -

I agree... I was thinking along the lines of having a Bergdorfs, Hermes, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Balenciaga, a Fendi store, etc. -

Companies should give people the option. The people who likes being around and interacting with other people are free to go back into the office, but the people who don't want to be around other people and who prefer to only interact via zoom should have the freedom to work remotely. With all the mass shootings going on, I'll never feel safe going back into an orifice. -

I've been working from home for over 8 years now and I actually work longer hours and even some weekends. I can't imagine going back into an office. -

People don't want to go back into the office. If productivity isn't impacted, then why force people back to the office. I just told my coworkers that I have no desire to see them face-to-face and I don't really like them. Thank goodness my office is in another state and there's no possible way for me to return to an office. -
Any idea when they will break wind on this development?

I love the Batman building. I hope it's never moved to another city. -
Ugh!!! Why can't the Titans just move to another city? We've had enough of them .

I LOVE outdoor dining. One of my favorite things to do when I'm in Rome or Paris.
-
Ugh!!! I haven't seen one benefit from the Titans being here. It's so sad when you drive downtown and see all the homeless people, zero infrastructure improvements, zero mass transit, but we sure can go watch a bunch of grown men run up and down a patch of grass after a ball. I hope they lose every game they play in the new stadium. A losing team will eventually result in low attendance and eventually the Titans will go away.

Instead of IKEA, I'd rather we get a Bergdorf's and Hermes. I think we all would be much happier.

True, but I ran track in high school and college. I ran the 100 meters in 6.2 seconds. So, I think I'll have a better chance of running from a U Haul than a mass shooter. -

Very nice. I find myself only dining in hotel based restaurants now because of all the mass shootings going on. Most hotel dining options are far removed from the entrance and most upscale hotels have on-site security. As far as shopping, I'll wait until I'm in New York to shop. -

Gorgeous I hope they never move the AT&T building to another city. It's perfect exactly where it stands today. -

Can the city use Enema Domain to take the scrap metal property and put the new stadium on that site?
