That building must look really rough on the inside...

I'll also add that I work somewhere that has several government buildings built on the cheap from the same time period, and it's a fact that one year's maintenance costs on those older buildings is more expensive than to knock down, rebuild and maintain new building.  We're talking about 8-10 story office buildings,  They are currently doing just that to the exemption of one building that has historical significance.  Sounds crazy, but true.

It's actually some cryptic cypher code from outer space, as an astrononomical observation from Nashville's calendar.  That's it all right.

I thought I'd share this picture that I took on 10/24 from Summit Drive in Bordeaux off of Clarksville Pike.  Pardon the utility lines, I just couldn't find a way around them.  This picture gives you an idea of how the Gulch and Midtown are starting to stretch the skyline westward. I cropped the second one to give closer look. Can you imagine if Bordeaux was developed properly some of the views that could be had from the banks of the river to the area where I took this picture.

I love the pic from Saturday. That vantage point really makes the skyline look big. It's going to look even better within the next year when I starts to fill in more.
