Again, Turnberry have enough equity to breeze through any bank loans they actually get, but I don't know that they even go that route. They're a several-billion dollar company.

Making good progress on the demolition! My view is much more exciting now that the ramp is out of the way.

I will have a time-lapse of the destruction over the last few days ready soon. I think you'll enjoy it.

Cannot say I am surprised being that they took a 300 million dollar loss in the Miami debacle. They may have money, but I cannot say banks are willing to carry the paper on a 200 million dollar hotel.

Well...at least now it makes sense why they scrapped the office component, even when the market is screaming for more office space.  They don't have the money.

What a disappointment that would be. I was curious about things when Ray Waters left them for the Westin. 

The JWMarriott was such a cool design. I hope it still happens.
