I've been surprised to see visitors stopping to take photos with the current set up with American flags. I'm sure it will become more of a draw with the ACC flags too.

Although we can't reverse the taxpayer fleecing that has already happened with Peebles and Conformity taking possession of 2nd ward property for well under market value, we are still interested in seeing the ward activated with construction and feeding off the Pearl project to build its own development momentum.  Can you please bid on property now held by Peebles so that we can be assured something gets off the ground?

Man, you’re not lying. At this point in the realignment game, don’t even put up the ACC flags. There ain’t going to be an ACC much longer. It’s poaching season!

Question: How many flag poles are there? With ACC expansion rumors, might be relevant. Nevermind: I just counted. It’s 20. So plenty of room!

I doubt Clemson or FSU go anywhere for the next 12 years, the financial impact is pretty steep.

I think if  Cal and Stanford get in, 3/4 ND…and possibly 4/4 ND in the future….the entire idea of  conferences related to geography is done.

I think the only reason they “join” is to keep the East Coast/South recruiting footprint. If the ACC is saved with current members, it will be because of Notre Dame’s decision ..,otherwise it’s over.

They’re very smart to get these flags up before the battle of the Carolina’s game this Saturday and college game day here too. Need to have some pop up stuff or food trucks at LU. ACC HQ needs some kind of hall of champions at LU or a sports bar or something over there. 
 

Looks like the construction isn’t preventing ppl from accessing the turf anymore. Cornhole and acc sign up.

Absolutely love the brick on that LU rendering. We could use a lot more brick in Charlotte and new developments in general. It looks very classy and I think it actually complements its blue glass neighbors very well.

How many flagpoles are in front of Legacy?  I hear the ACC is adding 3 teams UCal Berkeley Stanford and SMU of Dallas.
