TheWarner Music Group expansion that was reported to be 175 new employees looks like it may actually be 500 by 2020.  Not sure if all of them will be Nashville City Center tower or some in other locations.

I would love it if we see a boom in building office buildings, hotel and residential seems to have dominated this cycle so far. Office buildings are our real chance for good designs and height.

This hotel boom in Nashville is unprecedented. By my reckoning, there are 8,081 rooms  between 38 different hotels either UC or in the pipeline within 2 miles of the CBD.  I have not included hotels slated for large projects like Demonbreun Hill, West End Summit, or River North (Monroe Investors Cowan Street Corridor), since they are unclear/too far in the future at this stage.
