I wonder what this means for the current office that they renovated over on Hermitage Ave (across from Peabody Plaza). It appears that JE Dunn currently owns the blue hatched properties along the stretch and then Treg Warner (or an association with Treg Warner) owns the remaining parcels within the green outline.

I don't think just the JE Dunn Properties garner that big of a redevelopment, but if all the parcels were sold to a single entity, this would be a cool development. Place a tall-ish boy down at the intersection of Peabody and Hermitage and then step it down to 11 to 15 floors as you move east?

I feel like JE Dunn just renovated that building, too.  Like within the last 2-3 years.

They absolutely did. I think they built City Lights and built their office there at/around the same time. It is a really nice space and they did a great job on the building. It would be a waste (and quite unsustainable) to just demolish, but I don't think the gas station, Crema and Subway are going anywhere anytime soon, so it could be some long range planning kind of thing.

With the project Rutledge Hill project just announced, I wouldn't be surprised if even just the Dunn property sold and became a tower proposal..  Looks like this "southbank" thing has serious legs.

Neuhoff has signed one of its first restaurants: Fishmonger.  The Atlanta based eatery will have an 1,100 sq. ft. space that features an "indoor patio" surrounded by 50 ft. walls.  I believe it will be in the restored slaughterhouse portion of the development.
