What a great looking complex! Loving the density.  I want to go there next time I'm in town.  The model helps me see how all the buildings are related to each other and how the roads go through/around it.  Is the model in an office on the site?

Can someone confirm if Monday Night Brewing will move to another location once this is all complete? I got drinks there a few weeks back and the staff said they would be moving because there are plans for a boutique hotel at the brewery's current location. It's a really cool spot and would hate for that to happen!

Everything I have heard is they are moving into a full blown brewery space within the overall development. So yes, they are moving, but not moving far.
