E3 announces two new residential projects along Buena Vista Pike:

1. Heath and haven at North Pointe will be numerous 3 story structures featuring 39 condos and 30 condo units at 2423 Buena Vista Pike.  It will break ground later this year at the 10+ acre site. on undeveloped land. A 2022 opening is planned.

2. Vista at North Pointe will be a several building 3 story  townhome project on 2 acres at 2127 Buena Vista Pike. Groundbreaking happened recently, and it should be complete by later this year. 

John Eldridge III of E3 says he has more projects along the West Trinity Lane/Buena Vista Pike corridor. in the works as well.

1201 Jefferson St. will be a 4 story, 3 unit project undertaken by Butterfield Development.  Aesh Design is the architect; Simon Properties will be the contractor.  This has been approved by MDHA Design Review Committee.

Hey Mark, you may be confused about these numbers. The Hume is 245 units and the Hamilton is 85 units.

From NBJ article 2/2020

Next month, Tirrill expects construction to start on Hume House, a 245-unit apartment building, and The Hamilton, which will entail another 85 apartments. A parking garage is planned as part of the construction.

Yeah, it's hard to remember the amounts on various projects.  They are not listed on your map.

This is some of the work from the company that bought the property and we can expect something similar I would think.
