Don't forget the Westin!

I think it's the Westin's glass that has people liking 505, Bridgestone and Thompson Hotel's glass.  There glass is what "should be expected" but the Westin's glass has lowered expectations; the gold glass build by old BNA looks better then the glass on the Westin.

According to the post above, the 29th floor with 16 to go. Looking at the first picture of the previous post, this building looks like it's going to make more of an impact than I first thought. Basically all of the current floors that aren't covered by the glass curtain wall plus two that are, is the equivalent of 16 floors and that is not even including the mechanical spaces and cap.

Does anyone know if the row of smaller buildings behind 505 and The Cumberland are in danger of being demolished for future development? That would be a shame as they add great variety to downtown. Hopefully they are owned by several different owners making a complete demolition very hard to do.

No, none of those is in danger of being felled. McKendree is a gem, the Church of Christ isn't going anywhere soon. Not sure about the other half of McKendree, it could be redeveloped but i find it unlikely.

Thanks, but I am referring to the row of buildings adjacent to 5th Third Building
