I noticed it is being touted as a 20-year deal. In 20 years the stadium will be getting rather long in the tooth...I think we can expect a major overhaul soon if they have signed on for that timeline.

^^^ I wouldn't count on it. I think the term of the naming rights is just an "in case" the stadium is around that long.

I don't see any signs of interest from the ownership in investing anymore than is absolutely necessary.

Biggest "incalculable risk" is the swoop of individual floppers, rather than the investors per se.  Don't see anyway to effectively ward off those with purses so big they have tires (maybe even dualies), as I don't foresee any MDHA-like qualification constraints.to preclude the free market.  Being uninformed, I only can hope to be wrong (at least mostly).

MDHA has yet to approve the colors to be used and there will be minor changes to the look of the building.

Thanks... I like it!   And it should look a lot better from I-24 than that barren parking lot. Plus, I'd imagine west-facing apartments higher up should have great views.

I like these "moat" houses.  I think the landscaping possibilities are great and they could avoid having lawns.  Lawns are overdone.

I've been talking to Brett about this one a little bit.  There's a long story here that I won't get into yet.... but in the metro map there is a (theoretical?) alley that looks like it cuts through the existing parking.  How will that impact the development if at all?

No impact at all. If the alley has not been abandoned by Metro it will be. It was not mentioned at the MDHA meeting.
