On my way to work this morning I noticed a 'zoning change notice OR20' sign in front of the houses across from the self-storage place on McGavock Pike right before the intersection with Gallatin Rd in South Inglewood. I wonder if that's for a single lot or if the same entity owns multiple lots down McGavock and has plans to scrape and build office/residential. Yes I know I can go find out online but I haven't had my coffee yet.

Those commercials get made all over the country. There are regional and city-specific ones shot that are based on where they are marketing the specific vehicle for that sales period. My great uncle was a conductor on the Nashville-Gallatin Interurban route.

Two of those are for Capitol View/North Gulch (corner of Charlotte Avenue and 11th Avenue North), and 2223 8th Avenue South.

My office is across the street from the "Bridal Suites" AirBnB hotel on Gallatin Ave. I haven't seen any crew or equipment on site for several weeks now. Wonder what's up.

Oh, almost forgot: It becomes Nashville Pike when you get to Gallatin. Because of course it does. (Born and raised in the City of Gallatin BTW)

It's Gallatin Avenue between Main Street and Cahal, then Gallatin Pike up to Briley Pky, then Gallatin Pike South (31E) into Madison, then Gallatin Pike North once you pass Old Hickory, then W Main Street when you hit Hendersonville.

I don't think it's branded AirBnB, but it's being specifically marketed as an AirBnB for Bachelorette party groups. I think the name is going to be "Bridal Suites" or similar.
