Navy Reserve Building (I believe it is permanently closed) at Shelby Park facing Cumberland River. The front looks like the prow of a ship.

I was going to try and work on this more this weekend and realize that this is a first effort. This is a rendition of future and under construction towers in the downtown and possible East Bank area.

Photo I took yesterday of Skyhouse and Cadence.  Notice on Cadence, they are starting to put up the siding, which looks like wood paneling or a log cabin.  I'm not a fan of that look.

Also...I'm loving all of those power lines. :angry:

Skyhouse is rising really fast.  It will be a high class development despite the fact that it is a copy from other cities.  It will be constructed solidly and have nice cladding and details. 

Cadence is going to be a below average urban development similar to Artisan 18 or Note 16.  Nothing special about it but it does get additional people living in the core. It would also be a more affordable option once the inevitable correction comes in the next 1-10 years.

Southern Ground Studios (Zac Brown's) is going to suddenly be buried in urban development.
