Sorry about that guys.  I meant the one just as you come across the bridge on KVB.  It sits across from the amphitheater and is close to where the Hensler tower will go.  Sorry.

The several story brick structure is a city-run steam plant for downtown buildings.  It was built to replace the old thermal plant that was on the site where Ascend Amphitheater sits now.

Thanks, @markhollin.  I was on Google maps and saw all the fans on top and figured it had to be something different.  Cool how they made it look like an office building of sorts.

Pie Town Condos  will now be called Nell (6 stories, 78 units, 8,000 sq. ft. office space, 87 space garage) at 629-635 7th Ave. South has received a $33 million loan to start primary construction. KHRM SMA Funding, LLC is providing most of the loan.  Avenue Construction will be the contractor.
