What odds you give this one starting this year?

What ever happened to the Wharf Park plan downtown. Metro owns the land right?

Couldn't we start with a rail line from the airport with stops along the route for future residents, ending at the Sobro Transit Hub, and continue to add to the network with other corridors as we go?

What ever happened to the airport/downtown line Metro was considering? It seems like this could be a first step on the path to investing in transit for our corridors running into the city

WOW, what a well designed project! Love the architecture, the re-use of the older buildings...really hope this one can get funding and become a reality

What are the odds we get the bridge over the east bank that connects to hermitage ave? Seems like it would be very helpful long term to have another bridge across the river

A little surprised. That area seems like it would be great for apartments. I wonder if the Publix/apartments that might go on 40th and Charlotte are making any progress or if that's dead too
