209 Printers Alley covers 34,420 sq. ft. over its 5 floors and was built in 1888.  The upper floors are Majestic Lofts; and the 2nd floor will now become the Fedora Lounge.  It will offer three bar areas, as well as a balcony lounge that overlooks the main space. The bar will take over 4,000 square feet of space on the second floor of the downtown building, which is situated between Ms. Kelli's Karaoke and Daddy's Dogs.

The Arcade (circa 1902) will have a new multi-concept bar and restaurant called Urban Cowboy Public House in 2024.

Lyon Porter, co-founder of Urban Cowboy Hotels and design studio Cowboy Creative,  says "We have multiple floors, bays and entrances within the space that allow for a myriad of different experiences and offerings under the same roof.”

“I can’t wait to see what Lyon does at The Arcade.  He’s a magician at taking interesting historic space and implementing his amazing design. He knows how to create spaces that are fun, approachable and totally unique. The Arcade is a Nashville treasure and to have an iconic, local brand like the Cowboy there is a perfect fit,” said Elliott Kyle, who, alongside Elam Freeman of Ojas Partners and Joshua Strauss of Newmark, leads leasing for the project.

2405 12th AVe. South covers 2,464 Sq. ft. over its 2 floors and was built in 1910.   It is being converted into a new restaurant of unknown name/theme by Big Plan Holdings, who purchased it earlier in the summer for $3.55 million. The existing building will feature indoor seating and a bar; patio seating in the front; and a reimagined outdoor space in the back with a proposed patio, 1,449 square feet of lawn seating, a garden bar, food truck and slide.

Pfeffer Torode Architecture is leading design for the project; Impetus Builders is the contractor.

What's a tad different about this space is that other than space for a food truck, there is no kitchen. It will be 90% - a bar. The other restaurant/bars on 12 South have a stronger food component.  And the yellow "slide" thing is a lawsuit in the making, just my negative 2 cents.

REALLY not a fan of the blue and black paint at the base. It would've looked so nice if they had left it white.

Same... although I will say I like it more than the school bus yellow paint that their next door neighbor is sporting lol... I'm normally a fan of loud splashes of color, but on old brick buildings like these it usually just looks awkward in my opinion.
