523 5th Ave. South covers 2,000 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1946. It will now be the home Sip SoBro Bar/beer garden, which opens on Saturday.

48 Lindsley Ave. covers 4,206 sq. ft. over its 2 floors and was built in 1965.  It is now being repurposed as the new home for Kline-Swinney Assoc. Architects.

1910 Belcourt Ave./1990 Wedgewood Ave covers 3,600 sq. ft. over its single floor and was originally built in 1925.  It has had many additions/renovations over the decades as various restaurants.  Now, Jar Cocktail Club, a Speakeasy-style bar will open inside of Bungalow10 (the main restaurant) and will have a separate entrance. 

With space for 250 people, it  features strobe lights, disco lasers, fog machines, dance cam and DJs from across the country to perform Top 40, hip hop, '90s and 2000s hits each night.

An American tapas menu will accompany the beverage menu, featuring signature and shareable drinks.

Walk-ins are allowed, but reservations are encouraged to avoid the cover after 10 p.m.

Hours are Thursday from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., Friday to Saturday from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. and closed Sunday to Thursday for private bookings.
