Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this tower is really going to have (by my count) 12 floors of parking which leaves 18 floors for offices?  That sound like a crazy ratio.

More like 14-15 parking levels. There are 3-4 levels underground as well.

I was told that Bridgestone forgot about 400 employees when consolidating their Indian offices and I think St Louis office to Nashville.  So now they have to rent office space out in Antioch for their IT department.

That has to be a joke. They can't "forget" 400 employees. And that glass around the garage is darker than I imagined.

They have been stalled on the 14th floor for nearly 3 weeks...

Maybe they designed to top it out at the 14th floor instead    haha

It looks like this is the transition from the garage to the occupied floors. I wonder if they are having to plan and prepare for utilities, bathrooms, etc.

I really like what we have so far. The cladding honestly looks better than it looked in the rendering in my opinion, which rarely ever happens.

I agree. The glass appears to have a darker tint as well. Kind of reminds me of the R2-D2 building.

Wow then the remaining floors should start to go up quickly. It believe it's possible now that the parking garage is complete. Look how fast the floors of the Westin went up.
