Yeah I noticed that as well,there's a few angle where the top of the Fins on top of building might be

slightly tilted I don't know maybe it's just me

The rendering seems done mostly with exaggerated vanishing-point perspectives, done for dramatics, when one examines the site-detail geometrics ─ that's just a thought...

I definitely think it will be more than a box. I recall one description of the building's shape that read something along the lines of "three offset slabs." Essentially, three offset boxes with some fins. I'm optimistic.

There's a building that has been proposed in San Diego that greatly resembles "Sheet Music," I'll look for a link to it when I'm not half asleep.

Walked by last night, and it appears they are close to finishing excavation. I was told 60 feet and from an educated guess, they seem to be close. Maybe we will see a crane pad and crane erected by July.

Two cranes in about three weeks, per a supervisor on site.

Today is last day for blasting and the first crane base is in place.

Second tower crane going up today. Both will top out at 550' according to William.

 

On a side note, the first crane for the MDHA project will go up Tuesday. The other may go up that day as well but I doubt it.

Even if it is ending up becoming "glass boxie", from several angular ground vantage points,  it nevertheless should complement Pinnacle Tower in blending with the context of the sky reflection.  That can make for a real dramatic effect, particularly on partly cloudy days.

Even if it is ending up becoming "glass boxie", from several angular ground vantage points,  it nevertheless should complement Pinnacle Tower in blending with the context of the sky reflection.  That can make for a real dramatic effect, particularly on partly cloudy days.

 I know this is not about the Bridgestone Development  but I'm looking at the second picture and I see that LifeWay Property and  disappointed that we're not going as vertical as possible  are skyline seems dense North Broadway and spread out spread out South Broadway , So bro tower and Bridgestone should feel The  gaps in between

The city has only so many lots left  we're going to have to start building more vertical

I love those days when Pinnacle perfectly reflects the sky and the building totally disappears.  It'll make you rub your eyes wondering if you're seeing things (or NOT seeing things!)

Talking about that one beside SoBro?  I would imagine the owners won't hold out forever.  Got to be some nice offers that come their way...often.  Would be a perfect place for a huge corporate location.

The large parking lot is owned by CB Ragland as is the building next to SoBro. This is Michael Hayes company, the same ones that are doing the office tower with Hines at 1st & Demonbreun.

 

they also have a few other parcels DT as well.
