Found this rendering of the Tower.... it shows a little more detail as to how the building is shaped like three staggered slabs. Looks a little less boxy than as it appeared in other renderings.

Spoke to a foreman on site last night. They are down about 15 feet and have 45 feet to go. Garage will be 60 feet now instead of 30 and construction will be complete in 2018. Building will take 3 years from when they started back in January or so. This building will take an extra 6 months, so Bridgestone will have 6 months added to their lease near the airport.

Spoke to a foreman on site last night. They are down about 15 feet and have 45 feet to go. Garage will be 60 feet now instead of 30 and construction will be complete in 2018. Building will take 3 years from when they started back in January or so. This building will take an extra 6 months, so Bridgestone will have 6 months added to their lease near the airport.

So it will be complete around the same time frame as the original proposal for the Convention Center then. Hope they are pleased with their decision.

They are now at 40 feet with 20 more feet to go on the northwest corner of the site. Excavation should be finished by late June or early July according to a worker I spoke to on site. We will probably see a crane erected by September 2015  with a 2 year construction time from there, opening December 2017 or January 2018.

Yep, the fill dirt is gone, now its all rock to excavate in the last 20 feet.

It's fun standing in the basement of our building (a block away) at the designated blast times and watch the contractors hit the floor.

Yeah I noticed that as well,there's a few angle where the top of the Fins on top of building might be

slightly tilted I don't know maybe it's just me
