ill never feel bad for people who move downtown in one of the most rapidly developing cities in the country when it comes to stuff like that. I know the comment was probably sarcasm, but, I know there are also people out there that really feel that way

Maybe it's a "ground fault", making those floors appear to cant downward from the CMHofF&M tower.  Once they tap it down, 505CT will rise some more.

Props to Tony G though for the rooftop pool at Viridian and getting air rights to the MDHA garage for 505. That dude knows how to party.

I can attest to the pool at the Viridian getting plenty of sun. Fell asleep out there (ok, maybe passed out may be more accurate) and woke up feeling like a
