Agreed. Wouldn't it be better to just reopen it for the time being?

I agree in general but that ballroom blocks access for walking along the western side of the rail tracks from Church to South.

...not so sure they got one of those when they demo'ed Jaymont Block.  There were rats everywhere.  it was ridiculous.

I was working on Pine right there.  The Thai place and other restaurants got rat attacked; so did our office and others.
