That residential tower on the southeast corner of Commerce and 10th looks to be 30 stories or so.  Hope it comes through.  Have we heard anything at all about the residential tower between Pinnacle and GH?  Surprised that the other two have started before it when it was this one we were first clued in about.

Please SWVP, please build 1001 at 600'...please??   I'll personally lease a corner of one floor plate...

Agreed. They should repurpose the building for "mixed use," and start construction Q1 2023, rising up to the originally planned 600 foot-ish height.

The demand is there for hotel and residential in Nashville, and that area is red, red hot. As for office space, they should make that portion 20-30% of the tower, or so, and by the time it was built out and finished, we would already be looking at late 2024/2025.

1001 Church St. update: parking garage starting level at same height as viaduct.

Looking SE from Church Street Viaduct where it crosses over the CSX tracks:

I have trouble remembering where I parked in hospital parking garages.  I can't imagine finding where during a large event day.  Perhaps there will be a new market for professional car locators being created.  A $5 or $10 fee would be a pittance compared to the big bucks for parking there.
