  1. I would expect a 0% chance for Nashville to get a baseball team/stadium if and when Freddie becomes mayor.
  2. TDOT posted an update regarding the Broadway bridge. Partial opening in September! https://www.facebook.com/100064499571811/posts/pfbid0345XgE9V9fMKtggCSANRRFXx6YnVM1iXHtL2VAAMJKW9RBs51kSgAng5sYDdeQpfQl/?mibextid=YhNWyK
  3. Not sure if there is a thread on Harding Town Center by St. Thomas West on Harding pike, but the gas station by Publix is gone and the Taco Bell posted on the building that they’re closing soon. I wonder if these will be roped into that project.
  4. Not major news but all the tenants are gone and the interior of the buildings are cleared inside on this lot.
  5. It all starts at one lane and divides up behind the giant glass wall. It was the way the line snaked through this time that was the cause for the slow movement. They had too many lines going from ID checks to a single machine scanner. Other lanes would have only one ID check lane to a machine, while the first couple ID checks fed to a single scanner. A manager came by after a little waiting and told them that they weren’t doing it right and it immediately sped up. It’s likely just going to take some time and realistically only took maybe 15-20 minutes at 6 am on a Wednesday morning. They definitely built for an increased capacity as not even half the machines were open, and once they got the lines right, it was fast.
  6. Flew out of and back into BNA this weekend. Looks fantastic! TSA doesn’t know how to run the new security checkpoint yet and was a little slow. Still plenty of construction going on but overall impressive!
  7. I’ve always been confused by Belle Meade Shopping Plaza. One of the least attractive plazas in one of the nicest areas of town. This development is stunning and building density on major corridors is exactly what this lot should be used for.
