Does the Phase II Lincoln development count? Seems like that's the one with the most ducks in a row. Not really sure what else is close to shovel ready

Any day now, it’ll be VMC (or at least she’ll send out a press release telling us every resident will get organic avocado toast complimentary each morning!)

It will be the UCF/VD Central Park (if that counts).  They are going to start very soon on sitework and pavilion structures. 

I would say the Under-I is going to start demo soon as well as soon as Ultimate gets their act together.

DXV Central in Parramore, a couple of proposed hotels around Lake Eola (the spanish style one on Robinson and the Summit Radisson, which may be dead). Isn't there another phase of the Yard also?

Imagery is from 11/26/2019 (Google Earth gives you the date). Quite a lot of progress in Creative Village, I-4 works, and even the clearing for the Virgin Trains corridor

I believe in letting conversations flow which ever way they flow within bounds of reason.

Nobody wants to see threads veer wildly off topic to the point of no return, but that never happens here. 

We've always been good at bringing things back on topic when they occasionally stray.

Anyway, I hope the quality of the product they serve at the downtown Cantina is better than the fiasco I got at Sodo.

I'll admit that I've been so busy I've been skimming most threads.  Shoot me a PM with a link.  I want to catch up on this action.

Can I mention that, despite not having been to a Burger King in the past 30 years, I was recently being pounded with BK emails?  I don't know how they got my email address, but I was getting a bunch of them.  I unsubscribed, but someone must have signed me up.

I don't think there has ever been a BK downtown, has there?

So sad, "most anticipated restaurant openings" and Taco Bell should never be spoken together in the same sentence. And, Didint this have awnings in the original renderings? Seems the end result is a little value-engineered like always.
