It’s a super tight and constrained site all the way around. I’m amazed they got the digging equipment out with how small the site is. A lot more room to breath so to speak at the NY site.

Yeah, this is playing a big role. It always amazes me how developers can build such super tall skyscrapers on tiny, compact lots. I see it all the time here in NYC. A 25 foot wide by 100 foot long lot gets a 60 - 70 story skyscraper....it's incredible to watch.

Nice to see this start taking shape! Wondering if they are a bit behind schedule-wise?

Considering they can build roughly 1 floor every 1-2 weeks, this one could be topped out by December 2022/early 2023, roughly. 

This one is 38 stories, I believe, and will make a great skyline impact in that area, complementing Giarratana's other tower on Church.

I bet we see this one really start to rise up fast, over the course of July. What can they build--roughly one floor per week?

Since this one is 38 floors, I'd imagine it "topping out" by March of 2023 or so.

Apologies if this has already been asked, but what is the altitude of the roof line going to be for this when it's done? Based on my mental image of where it is, it should stand out quite a bit in the skyline, I'd think. Not as much as 505, but still pretty substantially.

The building height is 456' but not sure what it will be right at the roofline, but not much taller than that. It is in the title of the topic too LOL.

I saw it in the title, I do *sometimes* read! Big words and numbers over 10 are still hard though. Just wondering what the geographic/skyline prominence of it will actually be.

From the East we might see it. From the west it will be hidden LoL! Thats sort of hard to believe after it is all said and done, but it will be behind all of Nashville Yards. Who would have thought that a 456' building would be hidden from view just 5 years ago?

I think it may be visible from the south somewhat, but for sure from the north. It will be hidden from the south from all of the other buildings that will be built in SoBro in the next 5 years.

We are going to have a true skyline when 450' buildings are hidden from certain vantage points in the city.

I think one of the best views of the skyline will be from the North coming in from Clarksville and Louisville. Also 440 coming off of I-40 if you’re coming from the West.
