CSP I has unfinished concrete cylinders.  I works b/c that building also has stainless steel highlights...these columns look "weak" up against curtain wall pre-cast?

they painted the rest of the NW facade "strip" two weeks back and I noticed some of the upper floor units on the north facade lit the past couple weeks...since my last photos...

There are workers at the base of the building today working on sidewalks and streetscaping.

I went by this tower today on my walkabout in downtown Orlando and there are indeed workers there. 

Is that dark grey color the final color?  The only reason I ask is that is a dark color to have in a hot climate like this.    

We have a very dark glass office tower in Charlotte we call Darth Vader.  (Charlotte Plaza)

Looks like concrete splatter from drilling/coring for the handrail.

last night heading EB on I-4, a whole lot of room lights were lit on the southern facade of Society.  Sorry, no photo.  this is the most I've ever seen there yet.

The fences are all down at Society.  Also bravo to the people who did the old BellSouth building.  Considering what was there, this is a massive improvement.

I thought the same thing for Bellsouth driving by earlier this week. The front landscaping and little park looks great compared to what was there!

Sidenote, I'd much rather have the bollards like they did there protecting the building, but still getting a welcoming façade than a blank wall that the federal courthouse has.

Between our climate, our hard water, and downtown birds, I don't think painting a building dark gray was a smart move...

Nice change of pace from all the white buildings, which get dirty looking, too.
