The AT&T office building (333 Commerce) pulled a 6.79 million dollar permit for renovating the first floor lobby and outside plaza. Hopefully this link takes you to the drawings. This is a really big makeover and there are images in the drawings of the final look. The drawings will likely, as usual, disappear in a few days from the site.

A Homeless Center of 4 stories with 60 beds is being proposed by Tony Giarratana for the NE corner of Jo Johnston Ave. and 16th Ave. North.  This would be built at the developer's own cost on MDHA land, in exchange for him getting control of Church Street Pocket Park downtown.  A copy of his proposal letter to the Park Board as well as renderings/diagrams are below.

Given the site and the name of the project, one might have expected the cladding would be, well.... brick.     Doesn't look that way, though.

1402 Buchanan has been granted a $460,000 permit for Jackson Bulders to get underway with their mixed-use project. A December, 2021 completion date is planned.  A new rendering is also available.
