1204-1206 Buchanan will be s single floor office/retail building (perhaps 15,000 sq. ft?) on the NW corner of 12th Ave. North and Buchanan St.  Two of the primary tenants will be The Don Hardin Group and Centric Architecture, who are also investors in the site. Centric is handling the design work as well.  Work is scheduled to be complete by Spring of next year.

Lofts at Marathon (6 stories, 463 units, internal garage w/ 321 spaces) at 806 16th Ave. North bing developed by Leftbank Holdings has been granted a $11.9 million permit for construction of the parking structure.  Hardaway Construction will be the contractor. Smith Gee will be the architect, and Catalyst Design is handling engineering and land planning. No renderings have been released yet.

Sax at theCumberland by Haley Butterfield Company is a 4 story set of 6 townhomes currently u.c. at 1301 Baptist World Center Drive in the Katie Hill area of Cumberland Heights.
