The Oak Barrel Building at 2934 Sidco Drive covers 48,190 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built as a warehouse/factory in 1959.  It is now home to many offices and retailers.

2919 Sidco Drive covers 59,850 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1956.  It is currently home to Myers Flooring Showroom and warehouse.

2927 Sidco Drive covers 27,324 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1958.  Its current primary tenant is District Coffee.

3701 Park Ave. covers 13,968 sq. ft. over its 2 floors and was built in 1947 as a church.  It has recieved a major overhaul as the new home of Spero Dei fellowship.

2909 Sidco Drive covers 66,690 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1958.  It is now home to Merridian Home Furnishings.

626 Main St. covers 9,800 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1954.  Half of it is now being reimagined as Hawkers Asian Food, which will open next week.

1628 Fatherland covers 4,721 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1920.  It is currently home to Olive & Sinclair Chocolate.

1701 Fatherland covers 6,972 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1949.  It is now home to Frothy Monkey Coffeehouse.

2305 12th Ave.  South covers 2,565 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1960.  The area facing the street is now home to the brand new Locust restaurant dumplings, hand-cut noodles and shaved ice, as well as serving highballs and a variety of sake options.   The back portion will be the admin offices for Strategic Hospitality.

Silo Studio at 5320 Centennial Blvd. covers 65,000 sq. ft. over 2 floors.  It was originally a lumber factory built in 1952.  It  is now repurposed as office/retail space, and is now ready for clientele to start filling in. I believe the smaller exposed girders of former support structures have been retained as possible shells for future restaurants.  It's nice that they retained a couple of the old heavy metal pieces of industrial gear as art/mementos of the site's initial purpose.

200 2nd Ave. South--known as the Liggett Building-- covers 19,914 sq. ft. over its 3 floors and was built in 1933.  Several levels have been converted into the Register Private Club, which officially opened this week.

701 Drexel covers 4,600 sq. ft. over its 2 floors and was built in 1905.  Was originally a Catholic school, and for the past few decades was a swingers bar, until Room at the Inn just bought it.  Now being converted into expanded offices/services for Nashville's homeless.

2302 12th Ave. South covers 1,082 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1945.  It currently houses Savant Vintage Clothing.

712 51st Ave. North covers 2,661 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1920.  It is currently home to The Red Bicycle Restaurant/Bar.

4909 Indiana Ave. covers 9,111 sq. ft. over tis single floor, and was built in 1955 originally as a church.  It is now home to Indie Skin Care, Brightside Bake Shop, and a micro brewery (still u.c.).

118 12th Ave. South covers 2,804 sq. ft. over its singe floor and was built in 1970. It currently houses Whiskey Kitchen.

814 51st Ave. North covers 3,700 sq. ft. over its single floor, and was built in 1920.  It now houses Tine Wings, The Mill, and Luxe + Luna Spa.

306 Arrington Ave. in Cleveland Park covers 6,200 sq. ft. over its 2 floors and was originally builtin 1949.  It is now home to Sean Brock's soon-to-be-open Audrey Restaurant.

1301 Dickerson Rd. covers 2,170 sq. ft. over its 2 floors, and was built in 1975.  It currently houses Armstrong Real Estate.

Kind of surprised they didn't move the electrical service underground given the extent of the renovations.

Taylor & 7th Ave. North covers 4,000 sq. ft. over its single floor.  It was originally built in 1951.  Has just been converted into office space.
