We are getting a lot of steel buildings now. Originally, only the L&C Tower and the Polk Building (TPAC) were steel to my knowledge. Reinforced concrete was always the material of choice, but I suppose economics support steel construction, more often. The quarries may be maxed out in making concrete and in Amazon's case steel goes up faster.

Nearly everything in Capitol View was steel. I think it’s more of a thing with office buildings.

And in typical Nashville tradition....

That would make a nice building in certain areas of town... ;) Church Street (midtown), Broadway (any of the car lots), Jefferson Street (replace the Knights Inn),  5th Ave. S & Mulberry Street (Worlds Largest Adult Gift Shop ), 14th Ave. N. between Church and Hayes.  The list could go on and on....

Wonder how much that potato cost.

Who knows... I nearly laughed aloud at the randomness of a luxury residential website marketing themselves with a potato, of all things. Maybe it’s an imported potato with a history. You know, with certificates and all. “This paper guarantees your Italian potato is fresh, and 100% gold”

That timeline has to include the interior buildout as well as the outer shell.

When you think about the level finish and how Four Seasons have very specific ways things must be done, I would say this is a very respectable timeline

Fair enough!  I suppose you guys are right.
