Inglenook is now the moniker of what was formerly called  Elvira & Keeling (2 & 3 story homes/townhomes). Exterior completed on many units.

The Arcadia is now the official name of what was originally Shepherd Hills Apts. (4 stories,  81 units) which is now complete and open.

Oh man.... A chain hotel like that in EN may set off some serious alarm bells with folks. 4 to 5 stories (by-right) and removing the parking from the street would be a big improvement. With the slated upgrades coming to Main Street in the next couple years, I wonder how long this ownership group sits on the properties. @bwithers1has anyone reached out to you regarding this?
