I really want our developers to have some more imagination when it comes to stacking apartment units in these developments. This is straight ROUGH!

Due to Google Earth being confused to exactly how we address things in town, that map image above is the incorrect location.

Here is a snip from the Development Map. The site is just North of Old Hickory and State Road 45

Oh, no! That’s Nashville’s oldest bowling alley. Sad to see it go. I hope they will at least save the iconic neon sign.

Aloft BNA (5 stories, 103 rooms) at608 McGavock Pike has now opened. has opened.  It features a lunge, cafe, and bar.

Regeneration Nashville spent $8.8 million to buy a 6.04-acre lot at 709 Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville. Church leadership has announced plans to renovate the property – which formerly housed Tennessee Speed Sport – into a 1,500-seat auditorium with dedicated space for children and youth departments. Construction is set to begin immediately.
