So they officially started construction, there will be an 11'000 sqft restaurant on top and 2,900 sqft pizza place as well... All space has been leased or taken up...

And for parking they have entered into an agreement with CATS to use and reconfigure the small horse-shoe parking lot next door.

This project has been public for a while, but last I checked it was planned for 250-300 units and just 5 stories. It's nice to see some confidence (in the increased #s) by Pappas and hope this is a good sign for *sighs* LoSo in the near future.

Apparently someone closed on one of the Ryan homes on south tryon and when they came to their house, they discovered a homeless person who seems to have been camping in their house for several days. 
 

Lol gotta love developers who don’t even pretend to protect their investments. 
 

In other news, looks like gilde is delaying their opening until mid December.

LoSo station apartments actually look pretty good and site work has begun on the 2 smaller office buildings there.  Plus the only Carvana tower not on a Interstate.  New Ryan for sale townhomes.  

LoSo stations 3 and 4 buildings being started now.

Biz Journal reports that the little shopping center on South with Skyland restaurant was sold on 06Oct for $3M.  No news on what the plan is for the site.
