Was in this area today.   the number of new apartments buildings going up is staggering.  

everything from the 2825 South Blvd office building to the new apartments next to and behind Goldies to the Lidl store to the cleared site next door.  Plus the new 6 story apartment building built by Moringstar on Foster St.  

The Halal Guys coming to the Platform which was busy today with lots of contractors upfitting tenants there and I think one place has opened.

Oh wow the facade on the complex next to Goldie’s went up fast

Here are the apartments to go up the site right next to the Lidl closer to uptown and across from the Platform and LYNX facility.  
 

Here is the site Ackridge of DC will build this complex.  416 apartments in a 7 story building with retail space. start this year.
