Likely just have been doing mostly deliveries. I don't think anyone wants to come use a giant fake token to take their car home in this environment.

More Cama and Old Pineville apartments. I am surprised I am so often sitting at a light at this intersection.

They are still assembling the parking deck at the adjacent Beacon project (where I apparently never sit at the light)

Sure would be cool if they could run the Belk River down here!

Now don't everyone get too excited but this is a PROPOSAL for a land offering at 3305 South Blvd. showing the possibilities.  But boy are the possibilities tall and would tower over the Carvana tower!  anyone have any inside tips on this one.  Provided by a KJ local source.   My working name the Lidl tower.

across S Blvd from the QT but just up a block from the station and LoSo development next to the Lidl site.

This is why I like the new UDO/TOD Ordinance.  We will see many more developments get taller over time due to the permitted density/building heights.  I’d like for Charlotte to grow much taller in these key neighborhoods: Southend, Southpark, Plaza Midwood, Midtown & Ballantyne.

Thanks. I thought the Loso Walk (Dan Ryan Homes?) townhouses are on the plot next to it (the square plot with what looks like private streets).

drive by yesterday at the LoSo Station site and the apartments on Cama (had a time finding the vehicular entrance) but great location for these apartments right at the station. Yesterday. 

first photos from the temporary LYNX parking lot the bigger office tower would be to the right.

The tower is dead and Beacon's land is on the market.

Doubt full, Vanguard went into super cost cutting mode during all this. They seem comfortable with the work from home idea for the future

No just the office portion is for sale.  I think the hotel site was sold and the apartments are underway on Novel's land.   so the project is getting built just not the office right now and it does sound like the anchor tenant dropped out or went away or postponed.
