The Teal clad building at N. Main and E. North will soon get a new façade. It will go before DRB next month.  They informally reviewed it today.  Top two floors will have windows for a change.

The Hudson Blake and Reid’s spaces are now available through Collett. 
 
Looks like the other space at Homewood Suites is now leased as tenant upfit work there is also now underway. Same goes with the space between Paw Paws USA and 319 Rhett Street site.

Edward Jones going in at Custom House. Remax for their old space at McBee Station.

Vintage on Main has moved from the Greene on Main Street to East Coffee Street. Their old space is now available. 

Work has started on Cowboy Up on East Coffee Street.

This is a great idea to generate foot traffic for the studio. I've never been down there to know what the existing vibe is like, but I look forward to checking it out now!

Work finally underway on the bottom floor of Carolina Ale House. Not sure what is planned.

The Prisma Health building going back to the DRB again for March.

Former Jersey Mike’s on Main Street across from the Hyatt leased and work now underway for tenant upfit. 

Work for former seasonal Vault location in West End appears to now be underway. 

Looks like the restaurant for the former Husk is still planned. Slated to go to DRB in April for approval.

The Pantry by Emily’s Table for the space either above or below Menkoi Noodle House on Main Street. Opening Fall 2024. 

DRB sign now up on former Husk space. 

Work has started on the former Smoke on the Water. Rescom is the general contractor.
