Never takes me more than a few min. to find a space downtown, you just have to be willing to walk a couple of blocks sometimes. If you are in the west end their is a whole ocean of street marking available in the nearby neighborhoods.

Parking is only an issue to the lazy.
  3. I am pretty sure the pad next to the garage is a later phase.
  4. Lot of inconvenience just so pedestrians can walk on the bridge. What a waste of recourses. Plenty of other routes for pedestrians to take already.
  5. There will also be a Habit.
  6. State has been a mess last few years regarding affordable housing, leading to many projects being delayed. Also, sometimes these get bad public during the planning phase required to make application to the state but then do not get awarded by the state.
  7. Look at the 29650 zip code boundaries. There is a bubble of 29615 in it that covers Michelin because Michelin wanted at Greenville address. Though there are a couple of things just outside that bubble that show 29615 if you click on them in Google, like the two hotels, Walgreens, and Dunkin. But if you zoom in you will see it is a section of 29615 within the boundaries of 29650.
  8. Its Greer, but Michelin wanted a Greenville zip.
  9. kinda crazy how upset people are getting about it possibly being locked up at times.
  10. If not related to New South Brewing I can't imagine that name sticks.
  11. I actually do not know the name of the school but dedicated turn lane would be nice.
  12. The Augusta Rd. diet really sucks around the elementary school. Not a good idea to go to one lane and then have that one lane blocked by parents trying to get in to the school to drop off or pick up kids.

I think Canal is more likely to develop themselves than to sell.
  14. From the beginning they were going to be master developers bringing on other parties for the individual buildings. They have never hidden that fact. That is perfectly normal.

They may be trying to get the actual brewery open first.
  16. Aren't they also about to change the traffic pattern out there? haven't they been installing a new or temp road for that?
  17. Pretty sure it is a new park to replace the one they are selling downtown. In the process of selling that park they have been saying that they planned to replace it with a larger one.

They went to one building from two due to the costs and you really think then they can afford to making it all wavy looking? Construction costs are at all time highs, you are not going to see some artistic wet dream, it is not a realistic expectation. Regardless, its a massing study, I'll reserve judgement until they have submitted elevations.
  19. now maybe the amphitheater and The Foundry could get some shows on their calendars. Both have pretty pitiful lineups for the year so far.
  20. How man of them have that many units? Honestly, it looks fine.
  21. The AC units need to go somewhere. Probably too many of them to stick them all on the roof.
  22. Cowboy up work has been going on for months.
  23. GSP is a starting point or destination, they really don't need much in the way of dining options. I fly in and out all the time and I have maybe grabbed CFA a few times for breakfast. Also, Silver is the worst airline I have ever flown, we are better off without them.
  24. Fire Chief doesn't want it to happen because his district will loose tax revenue, simple as that.
  25. Aspects of the development project mean the public find out about projects way earlier in the process than developers would like. A ton of work is required before you know if a project makes sense to move forward with it. But often that point is later than the public hearings required to get to that point. It is perfectly normal that a high percentage of projects do not pan out. There are many more that don't that you do not hear about. Cities like Atlanta also have loads of projects that don't pan out, they are just a bigger city so the volume of the projects that do come to fruition is greater.
