Looks like iStore that was supposed to reopen fell through. The tenant space is for sale again by KDS.

Carmella’s at Camperdown will be opening in the middle of November.

The GOAT sports bar is now open next to Sofrito’s: https://thegoatgvl.com

Sofritos is being converted into the GOAT as well and the entire restaurant space will become GOAT sports bar. The GOAT concept was better received than Sofritos.

Where exactly is this?  The address is the same as the Bellwether. Will it have it's own storefront or be located inside somehow?

It’s located right between the Bellwether and Purple. They have their own storefront with signage and everything.

Warby Parker will be opening next month.

Roost hired a new executive chef (Zac Leepper) with Michelin 3 Star experience working for Grant Achatz at Alinea in Chicago. Sounds like they've given him total creative control with his menu going live next week.

Roost is an awesome location with what I always felt was an underwhelming food experience (a few years ago/pre-covid, their bar program was amazing though).  Really looking forward to seeing what he's able to accomplish here.

That's great news! I agree with your assessment of their food. They better publicize this well if they want to attract folks back.

King Arthur chosen downtown Greenville as their one and only pop up location:

I cannot wait until they open. We love their products, ingredients and mixes. We spend a lot of money online with KA. Maybe I am the reason they are here! Seriously, their scone mixes make the best scones I have ever eaten. Outstanding.

I have long thought the ground floor of the Prisma building needed something like this.  Definitely good to see.

300 E. McBee St.

Agreed! I think this is a testament to the evolution of McBee Avenue and generally of the development of activity on streets not named "Main".  Hopefully they're able to land some quality tenants with staying power.
