While I new stadium on the East Bank will still be very prominent, I just love the whole idea of redeveloping that area with mid and high rise buildings, park space, etc.  The photo posted by Markhollin today would be so much better if that side of the Cumberland was developed to look more like the urban core.  Especially if it stretches to Jefferson Street.

Ooooooooohhhh.  I’m loving the look of the YMCA tower!  If he’ll light the “crown zig zag” at night…wow!!

What do you think eventually happens to the land where the little power station is right behind the YMCA tower and across from Amazon?

Based on the Final Site Plan it will have LED lighting. The south face will have accent lighting running the entire length of the building, going to be really impressive if built to plan.

Streetlights still has their eyes on the goal as far as I know…..Another interesting fact is that Streetlights is the architect thats doing the two residential towers at AEG Yards on Commerce! They do have their own design firm and we saw the Charter for that.

Finally! something more unique than a flat roof! I like the new concept. It's still a square, but with squiggly lines!
