Looking at shots like these shows how much Nashville is in desperate need of some kind of river entertainment. Even a couple of small dock restaurants. Check out the Blue Gill Grill on Tims Ford Lake in Franklin County for example.

Looking SW from above Element Music Row (courtesy of Nelsenwerks). From this vantage point I can spot at least a dozen buildings that didn't exist 15 years ago.  And I think there will be at least 8 more new ones in the next five years.

I really quite like the addition to the skyline of that tall translucent skyscraper on the far left as well.

We have to get some more color into our skyline. It's just so bland. For that reason I am going to have to chop Nashville architects, you may take your boxy boxes and go.

I love this picture of Midtown.  There are some cities in our region that would love to have downtowns with as many high-rises as Nashville's midtown.

that's just a rendering for the next big "it" project that Tony G. is going to propose in 2019...

There are too many projects going on in Nashville for someone like me who doesn't live in Nashville to keep up with.  I was looking at Austin architect Nelsen Partners' website for an Austin project, and came across this multi-tower Nashville project.  Is this a real or even an already built project?  The renderings look cool.

This the current Deja Vu property. This the proposal for the block between Demonbreun to McGavock and 12th to 13th. Basically, fronting I-40 at the Demonbreun exit
