This is Phase I, almost complete. Phase II is under construction (off to the right of the photo) and Phase III is set to begin soon, too. There will be an amazing centerpiece cascade between Phase I and Phase II (would be visible at the right of this photo if it were complete and better lighted).

Not sure about any recent streetscaping. I'd have to ask someone from Little Rock about that. Guess I could have also mentioned that line running along the street is where the River Rail Trolley runs.
