Doubt this happens and if it does it won't look like this...

I don't know, the owner has very deep pockets, the city is solidly committed to it, and the NFL would love to have another Florida Super Bowl city in the regular rotation that's hosted by a franchise on the quick rise.

Plus, Jax would have the easy distinction of the best stadium in the entire state of Florida.

I think you need to read between the lines on this one. On one hand, I found it interesting that Butch Spyridon said Nashville was trying to have the ACC Championship game. On the other hand, if you read all of Sankey's answer, he said Nashville was "opening up a world of opportunities" with the new stadium. Perhaps that means season openers for teams like UT, Alabama, Auburn, etc. like you see in Atlanta or Dallas, or Tennessee vs. Vanderbilt being held in the new stadium every year.

Sankey was also just awarded a contract extension as SEC commissioner. Maybe that vote was tied to "committing" to Atlanta by certain people in power, at least for the time being. No one expected the SEC Championship game to be relocated here for perpetuity, but I could imagine a SEC Championship game here, just like how Tampa got the men's SEC basketball tournament.

Why would an ACC championship move to Tennessee? There are no ACC schools here and look at why they left North Carolina. You are doing a lot of imagining and not a lot of reality.

I hope the stadium gets games, it needs the games to be viable and to pay for itself. But that letter about the ticket tax  chiding council from Sankey looks awfully suspect right now.
