“The Arcade news: Three of the long-term tenants have been asked to stay by new owners Rob Lowe/Linfield Capital.  They are  Manny's House of Pizza, The Peanut Shop, and Percy's Show Shine Service.   Monty's Barber Shop has decided it will relocate. Status of the Post Office is unclear.”

So, not all of the tenants were asked to stay?    Wonder if Manny, Peanut Shop and Percy were offered to remain at their same rent?

Interesting that they have broken ground, yet they have no permits finalized and still have a meeting in front of Metro Planning Commission coming up on March 24th for final site plan. RaganSmith has also submitted for their Stormwater and Grading permit, but the final site plan needs to be approved prior to any building permits being issued.

Holy fudge. Kill that thing with fire and salt the ground. It's evil.

It wasn't always evil.  But demons did take over and hell night lasted for far too long.   Maybe that's why it appears the project has stalled.

Drift's website says opening summer of 2022.  Obviously that's not going to happen.  There's no info on the project at all on the the MTLC Building Group's site.

This building should have died decades ago in the same way as the Scottish Inn that was on the opposite side of the interstate....

Not sure what is happening at 1600 10th Ave North (Christ Temple Church North).  Is the congregation still active and major renovations going on, or is this being rehabbed into something else?  The structure was originally built in 1900.

Looking east from 10th Ave. North, just north of Garfield St:
