Where did these come from?  Is there any concern that they're old/outdated plans considering the fact that there doesn't appear to be any allusion to either the Thompson or Gulch Crossings?  Could very well be that they just didn't bother with those details, but I don't want to get my hopes up if this project is DOA.

Btw...I can't imagine someone going through the trouble to draw a rendering of such an elite hotel (as far as the locations), obviously designed to fit in the Gulch, if this wasn't a VERY serious proposal.

Did some checking about. I think this may be (unfortunately) similar to the rendering we had of a 600+ footer at the corner of 8th & Demonbreun a couple years ago (where Tony's Marriott would be). Lots of details, a great looking render, but more or less a sales tactic to try and show what could be...

 

But I hope I'm wrong. I mean seriously. Someone, please, prove me wrong. Like, I can't even convey how much I want this to be a real proposal...

Something will eventually go up on that site... Bloom has made it clear.  If things take off for him, that tower could be twice as tall!  Dream a little, huh?!
