One of my favorite aspects of this project is the impact it will have on the skyline.  It will change the views from the north, south, and east!  Love that.

I agree. Also it’s very prominent in that location by itself. I wonder if it’ll have a neighbor in the near future.

Wondering how the retail / commercial space is going to work out, kinda isolated and disconnected from the hustle of Downtown. And crossing KVB anywhere near that intersection without being in a tank is frightening at best.

I think that the retail/commercial space will be jammed with Ascend across the street and folks parking for events.  Just will depend on how good the match up is with restaurants and all the hotel stuff that should be going up after someone turns off the freakin' City Lights finally!

There is greenway access under KVB. There will also be a new light at the new street that will service this development, creating a safer passageway at grade
