Station by Alta will be 4 stories with 302 units on 6 acres at 900 East Trinity Lane (SE corner of intersection with Ellington Parkway).  It will include the adaptive reuse of a former filling station and the recreation of an on-site warehouse with bow truss design. Wood is handling the design and construction. Groundbreaking should be any day now, with completion projected for July of 2023.

Not sure who the buyer is either. The LLC or LP was back to a lawyer's office, I think.

This looks great and would be a fantastic upgrade to the Main Street corridor. We need more housing density to fill in some of the vacant parcels to support walkability, transit ridership and nearby businesses.

Tyler Cauble and his partners have bought 3 parcels totaling 1.27 acres with a primary address of 1402 Dickerson Pike for $1.9 million. This is immediately to the south of his proposed Provisionary project (2 stories, 57,000 sq. ft. of office/retail).

“The key thing is that we have assembled 4.3 acres and will allow us to expand our plan for The Provisionary,” Cauble, who owns The Cauble Group and Parasol Property Management, told the Post.

Thanks Mark, I'd forgotten all about this. Really excited about this addition, and happy it's out east. Hopefully, this will help foster and sustain Nashville's cultural music heritage in a way that other new music venues don't really cater to. I used to go to Music City Roots often at The Factory in Franklin, and loved it....

In slight defense of Bartaco, we've been weekly regulars at the 12South locations since it opened and while the margs are too pricy, they pride themselves in that they are all "natural", fresh limes and no mixers. The 12South location has proven to be the chains top performer most weeks, hence the desire for a second Nashville location. We have to get there early to avoid the usual 1 hour+ waits on weekends.

My mom sent a photo of Old Hickory Blvd today and their drive thru line. It was like half a mile down the road. I don't understand.

Yep, just saw post on Twitter taht the drive thru line was a quarter of a mile long. Crazy, not me on the first day of anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Forstone Capital has purchased the 3.3 acres at 1218-1236 Dickerson Pike and 5 Ligdon Ave. for a total of $10 million. At $60.56 per sq. ft., this works out to one of the highest value sales in Dickerson Pike history.  Known for residential complexes, Forstone has yet to announce their specific plans for this lot. Currently, there is a ramshackle salvage company based on the property.
