Yeah, plus tons of tourist (and local) visitors a stone's throw away at the Parthenon and Dog Park ... prime location to sell overpriced coffee and dog biscuits and such.

H&O in Music Row at 1010 16th Ave. South has landed 8 permits with a collective value of $7.6 million for the construction of the 5 story residential project with 46 condos and internal parking.

It’s called the Maslow, 32 condos being delivered in 2024. I have heard half of them are currently sold.

On the corner there is a permit for 3 single-family free-standing homes that were issued 11/10/22. The homes will be going north along Pillow. The other parcels had demo permits issued for them earlier this year along Humphreys and are owned by a different owner. No new permits have been issued for those parcels.
