Change in ownership... lots are boo hooing about it never being the same so the Exit/In of yesteryear is gone forever, hence the "-2022". It will be "revitalized" as a music venue likely with the same name and reopen some time in the future so while it appears to be closed forever it's mostly folks just being dramatic.

Just noticed this last night myself... is this an indication that Eric Church's bar is adding height?

How would a novice such as myself go about figuring that out? Just search https://epermits.nashville.gov/ for the address?

As I understand it, that change was more of a rebranding by the owners to try to stand out amongst the honky tonks on Broadway... and now with Garth coming in... it'll be back to cover songs and guitars. IMHO Paradise Park was more of a hokey/kitschy thing anyway, it didn't fit with the other Strategic Hospitality brands so they tried to class it up but that's just my opinion.

Looking like a 400 room Marriott per NBJ (https://www.bizjournals.com/nashville/news/2022/03/02/marriott-downtown.html)... any additional info on the speculation of mixed-use?
